My First!

Hi everyone! I am happy to have joined the TSG this year. I look forward to reading your posts, observing you in the classroom, and sharing ideas on how we can make education fun(and funny!) for our students.

Speaking of fun, has everyone read the article "Turning the Page" by Tim Walker in the October/November 2009 issue of neatoday? It is definitely insightful and it shares the importance of incorporating technology in the classroom. Our goal shouldn't be to incorporate technology only because it can engage our students, but also because it can help them become better writers (and this applies to all subjects).
